So far so good this week with the heavier than usual lifting. For those of you that have gone three days straight should take the day off but we pick up where we left off nonetheless.

WOD
15-12-9 reps for time:
Deadlift (1.75 x bodyweight for guys/1.25 for gals)
Push Jerk (bodyweight for guys/.75 for gals)

Rest 1 minute between rounds. Mission is to go heavier than you think you can yet retain midline stabilization (arch in low back)
