Yesterday should have been a rest day so in observance we shall take it today. For those of you that are confused, I have included WOD's on Sunday so that you guys have the opportunity to get in a workout on Sunday (on your own or in another gym) if you want to. I will make the workout accesible as I will only include running, bodyweight exercises, and the like. So the website is now on a 3 days on/1 day off schedule and I would advise everyone to follow it as closely as possible (most of us have been doing CrossFit for some time now and this is the next progression, no more two days off in a row) so that your rest days fall on different days. Have a good hump day, as the weekend is almost near.
For those of you that haven't gone three days straight this week or won't be here for Friday or Saturday, we are still having class and will introduce you to rope climbing and then take you through a WOD.
