3 Rounds for time:
x30 KB Swings (2 pood)
x50 Box Jumps (20")
Go fast and hard and try and finish this as fast as possible. These two exercises range on the lower end of complexity so there shouldn't be much trouble in keeping correct form. Fight the urge to lean forward (stay upright) and refrain from bending the elbows during the swings.
