A couple of weeks ago I mentioned to everyone that we as a group needed to get stronger. Strength leads to many things, one of which is shorter workout times. We don't want you to be in the 30 minutes plus range when completing a workout as this defeats the purpose of why CrossFit is so effective. Improve strength and pushups, pullups, and any other exercise that you struggle with no longer holds you back.
WOD
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Walking lunge, carrying 25 pound dumbbells, 10 steps
Weighted push-ups, with 25 pound plate, 10 reps
This is your opportunity to forget about the clock and focus on performing the best pushups possible. I will go over what I am looking for during class, in terms of pushups, as different people have different limitations and they will be addressed. Your rounds completed rests solely on your ability to recover from pushups so take your time.
