WOD

"High Fives"

5 Rounds for strength
x5 Back Squat (1.5xbw)
x5 Weighted Strict Pullups (50lbs.)
x5 Weighted Situps (30lbs.)

*Scale the weight to your strength levels including the addition of bands on the pullups if needed. Situps are to be done with a towel under the low of the back and with the feet not fixed
