What about the Olympic lifts?

7 Rounds for time
x7ea DB Hang Snatch (guys use 45#/gals use 25#)
x7 Muscle-ups (Rings)

*If you can't get muscle-ups then proceed to do jumping muscle-ups but on the rings as well, if scaling is needed even more use straight bar jumping muscle-ups. Have Fun!
