x21 Kettlebell Swings (1.5 pood/1 pood)
x12 Pullups
The goal is to finish under 10 minutes if you can. In order to accomplish this you are going to have to push the run hard. We have been doing some running lately so just think, one time around as hard as you can go instead of 6 or 7 as we have been doing.
