You won't get to see what your time was, or what kind of weight you used, the first time you did this workout until you finish this one. Go hard!!!!!!!
If you are not keeping a journal of your progress it's never too late to start. Use the comment section on each posted workout to post your time, and if you scaled the workout or not, so that if we ever do the same workout again you can go back through the archives and compare.
