Sunday Posting
I am going to start posting workouts on Sunday for those of you that want something to do either at another gym, a park, or even in the comfort of your own home. Joe and I follow a 3 days on/1 day off workout schedule and for most of you I would advise the same. You are more than welcome to come as many days during the week as you want but if performance is important to you, rest will need to be a priority. And since I will begin posting WOD's on Sunday, the website will start following a 3 on/1 off schedule as well. If you see a rest day on Monday, Wednesday, or even Saturday you should still come in if your schedule is different from the website's as we will hold regular workouts for those that do show up. We are all about getting as fit as possible and this schedule allows us to do so.
WOD
As many rounds in 20 minutes of:
30 Calories on a stationary bike or a row machine
x30 Overhead Squats (pvc pipe/broomstick)
Opportunity to work OH squat technique. Get out of your comfort zone both intensity on the bike or row and flexibility/range of motion on the overhead squats.
