One minute, Box Jumps (20")
One minute, SDHP (75lbs.)
One minute, Push Press (75lbs.)
One minute, Row (calories) - may use another modality such as stationary bike
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to the next station immediately for a good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point."* Substitute and scale where needed!
