Lunges, 30 steps
x30 KB Swings (1.5 pood)
Tabata Squats, 4 rounds (2min.)*

*For each round of tabata squats during the WOD, perform 20 seconds of squats with 10 seconds of rest for only four rounds instead of the usual 8.
