Hope you have a good holiday maybe even take in the parade downtown. As you know, classes are cancelled for today and will resume Tuesday. For those of you that have worked out three days straight (including Sunday) today is a rest day and much deserved. For those of you that took the weekend off give the WOD on the main site (from yesterday) a try. 5 rounds for time of x30 Glute-Ham Situps/x25 Back Extensions.
WODRest Day!Today would be a great day to peruse the main site's (CrossFit.com) exercise and demo page and learn by watching videos. There are tons of videos on correct technique for every exercise we engage in. If there is an exercise you feel that you are having trouble grasping, maybe watching a video of someone else doing it (where you can replay it over and over) can help.
