M, W, F - 7AM, Noon, 4PM, 7:30PM
T, Th - 7AM, Noon, 4PM, 7PM


WOD

Put 20 minutes on the clock.
Complete one rep for each exercise in the first round.
Add a rep for each round thereafter.
Highest round completed when time is up is your score.

Front Squat (135lbs Guys/75lbs Girls)
Pullups
Box Jumps (Guys 30"/Girls 24")
Push Press (95lbs Guys/55lbs Girls)
