Today we will be spending a good amount of time learning or re-learning technique on Snatch Balance and Wall Ball.

Our snatch progression will consist of: (while maintaining lumbar curve)
Overhead Squatting
Pressing Snatch Balance
Heave Pressing Snatch Balance
Snatch Balance

Our wall ball technique will consist of: (while maintaining lumbar curve)
squatting without a box
leg drive before arm push
allowing the ball to correct your squat
arm placement
