Clubs = Snatches (40 kilos)
Hearts = Situps
Spades = Box Jumps (24")

Face cards = 10 reps
Ace = 11 reps
All other cards = face value
Joker = 200 yd sprint

Scale - jumping pullups (double the reps) for pullups, snatch grip jump shrugs for snatches
