"Sweating Medicine Ball"

x20 Med Ball - Speed Squat Jumps
x10ea Med Ball - Jumping Crossover Pushups
x10ea Med Ball - Seated Twists
x20 Med Ball - Burpees
Sprint 200 Meters

x6 Rounds for Time

Notes: Use anywhere from 5-8kg medicine ball. Make sure you get full extension of the hips on the speed squat jumps and only jump an inch or two off the ground.
