As many 120yd shuttles in 2 minutes
x40 Hang Snatch (45-65#)
x10ea Rockstars (45-55#)

Round 2
As many jump ropes in 2 minutes
x30 Squat to Press (45-65#)
x20 DB Swings (30-50#)

Round 3
As many burpees in 2 minutes
x20 Pullups
x30 Push Press (45-65#)

Round 4
As many stair runs in 2 minutes
x10ea Plate Raises
x40 Box Jumps
