  8. I finished the wod in about 1 min hahah it was DNF. I did row & on my 1st box jump I biffed it BAD. I have a really nice battle wound now. I'm special. I'm just glad its not summer time :).

  10. I did Mondays WOD this morn and got my butt kicked!! Running was pretty good but the step ups took me forever and pretty sure they looked horrible!!

    My strength has really gone down hill, but there are a lot of things I should & could be working on in that area and haven't done so. I'm getting so lazy & I know it is more mental then physical.

  20. did the 300m row, 5 box jumps, and 10 pullups. had to use a band on the pullups, finished in 8:58! good job 6:30!! see ya tomorrow!

  22. Worked on proper rowing technique and improving my double-unders.

    Also, I'm going to try and stop by the baby shower for a bit this weekend, so add another to the list.
