Walking Lunges, 50 steps

Sidenote: You must complete 30 double unders in a row before you can finish the the next twenty and move on. And oh yeah, other than the jump roping, you have to hold a med ball for everything else (20 for gents/14 for gals).

I've been having trouble with DU's lately, but with a little pre-WOD advice from Brandon I was able to knock out 36 to fulfill the requirement.
