We had the pleasure of having quite the celebrities down at the gym on Saturday. Current Olympic champions Kerri Walsh and Misty May-Treanor paid a little visit and from the looks of it, they had themselves a great time.

  18. hmmmm...might take a rest day because I'm still exhausted from working a double yesterday after staying up until 4 am at the party (except for my power nap i apparently took). We will see how i feel come 6:30.

  36. 20:22, used 20lb dbs for like the first 8 step ups and then switched to 15 lbs for the rest of the workout and used a bumper for rds 2-5 ... I hate running and box things but I'm happy I did it w/out scaling the running; great job to everyone at 5:30!
