who trusts joe with their baby? im nervous for them. i hurt my back doing the dl's on monday and made it worse last night, so im taking an extra rest day. good luck everyone today!

Rx'd 4:35 Greg what's up? I heard you're trying to cheat and post your time's about a minute off. And just so you know, last Thursday I came in at 8:51 and Friday I only had to run twice and finished in 4:20something. Man you better pick it up son! Holla!

My foot is finally starting to feel better... I'll probably come in tonight and do something else - these sound like "fun" (I guess), but I don't want to push it. Going to take it easy on the feet for the rest of the week, so hopefully I can function normally again starting Monday.

i did a crazy little number involving 88# jumping squats and pushups. so far the shoulder feels good. i was thrilled to do pushups in a workout for a change!
