Big Brian Donohoe: today's breakfast club champion! Well done, bro.
Catching the ball hurts my shoulder, so I subbed 50 cleans and throws (to about 11') for the 25 2-fers.
19:45 of misery.

Thank you for the praise but it is not really called for I scaled the evil wall balls. By doing a squat then a regular wall ball and counting it as 1 rep. To everyone this morning great job... Dr.McGuire welcome back. Donohoe walking very slowly out... (Dam Double wall balls)

10:36. This was one of those rare occasions where the WOD didn't suck as bad as I thought it would. It still sucked, but I was prepared for much worse. I was able to get a good rythm on the 2 for 1's which helped a lot. Awesome noon class today, the biggest I've seen yet. Oh, and that's now 400 DU's in 2 days, I'm getting damn good at 'em too.

Scaled it to just single unders and regular wall balls. Wall balls still made me it's bitch today. I think i finished under 20, barely. Huge nooner class today. Everyone killed it. You all give me something to work towards.

Well I have no witness so I could be making this up, but I was able to get through my first 2 rounds of DU's without stopping. I am very happy about that and I have no idea how I did it.
I didnt have any room to do Wall Balls so I substituted 10# thursters for everyother squat (hopefully duplicate the 20# med ball). Now for my math, again it is my weak point in workouts. So my workout went;
50 DU's 50 (instead of 25?) 50 DU's 25 WB 9,35,6 DU's In 8:53
I have no idea why i did 50 the first round, it felt like it was dragging on a bit. Well at least im making ground on DU's and losing ground in basic math skills. So I will see yall tomorrow sometime and great work today
