Come up with a workout, do it, and post what you did and how long it took you to comments. It can be no more than three exercises and no less than 4 rounds (or more than 15 minutes if as many rounds in a time period is chosen). Think bodyweight movements and understand that a Sunday workout must utilize the least amount of equipment.

What kind of workout can you come up with? The best workout posted which exemplifies a simplistic nature, is treacherous, yet all the while deceiving will from henceforth be named GABE...............

    30 sec handstand hold
    15 pushups

    Sit Ups
    Squats

    25 Double Unders Before Each Round

    21 15 9
    pull ups
    kettle bell swings 55pds
    dbell split clean and press 40pd
    This was a good work out for sunday. I hope everyone has their customes ready for saturday...

  10. I already did a workout today, but I was thinking a workout for todays WOD. This could either be really easy or a little sleeper depending on how its done.

    As least as rounds as possible:
    Wall Sits
    Plank Bridge from your elbows.
    15 minutes.

    Once you lose your wall sit then go right into planks, see if you can work on your isometric exercises. See if you can do it in one or two rounds?

  12. Oh, man--i wanted to see more attempts at the 'gabe' workout. i shouldn't talk, though, since I continued to rest tomorrow (gearing up for a crazy week of fitness).

    but if i had worked out, and had a good shoulder, this is what i would've done

    5 rds:

    20 walking lunges
    15 burpees
    10 broad jumps

  18. Ok so I thought of the WOD I have seen Gabe doing in the gym and this is what I came up with (I didnt do this because I drank too much last night)!

    1. Running, Shuttle Run the lenght of the gym with 5 stops

    2. Tabata mountain climbers, you know in the push up position, then your feet come up to your hands, when your hands are still on the floor. I thought this would be good because Gabe is our 4 legged friend.

    3. Do the shuttle run again

    4. Tabata Jumping, find a spot on the wall and jump to it, hitting it each time.

    5. Yes Run shuttle one more time.

    After that you can pass out in the middle of the gym where everyone is working out and just lay there....like Gabe :)

    4 Rounds
    5 Pistol Squats Each Leg
    10 HSPU
    15 Burpees

    I want to try it some time though.

  22. This is my "go to" workout I do at home when I cannot get to the gym. Believe me when I say it sucks..lots of little action in this one ;)



    "Gabe"
    5 Rds for Time

    12 Burpees
    15 KB swings
    30 Air Squats or try it with alternating rounds of jumping squats and you will fall over...
