    i was very excited about todays workout since its more than my 1 rep max for dl's. i wouldnt have done rxd if it wasnt for zack and lindsey, thanks guys.

    Actually did the work out today, got 4 rds and 5 DLs in but only did 221# for DL. I need to work on those quite a bit. Well keep up the good work and see yall tomorrow (hopefully).

  52. I had every intension of coming in today, but my bulging hernia convinced me that deadlifts and thrusters would not be in my best interests today. I've been dealing with this thing for over a year and 95% of the time it's fine, but today was one of those days where it just kept popping out all day long, for no apparent reason. And pushing it back in is whole new experience in discomfort that's for damn sure. Hopefully things will be better tomorrow, I'd hate to have any more kitten blood on my hands.

  54. Didn't keep track of my rounds. Focused on my form for both deadlifts and thrusters. I broke up each round of thrusters into 3 sets of 7. I enjoyed the workout and seeing new faces.

  56. 6 rounds.was staring at round 7 deadlift #1 when time was called. Felt surprisingly good. No kittens were killed during 6:30, thanks to everyone's awesome work! Although I could have eaten a kitten afterward I was so freaking hungry... Welcome to Reba's fam!

  58. I was pretty disappointed with my results. I got 3 rounds, 5 DLs and 16 thrusters. I feel like my deadlift form is getting a lot better but for some reason thrusters send a searing pain through my right shoulder... kind of worries me.

  62. Shy of 5 full rounds by 3 thrusters...I am disappointed, but my back doesn't hurt one bit today :) I really am focusing on form and using my core and locking out and all that good stuff. I had a few ugly thrusters in there as usual, but I took a break and then corrected them right away.....

    I have to admit that my ELBOWS and WRISTS were killing me during the workout. That was more painful than the burning in my legs - whats up with that!!! I think its from my ugly "but much closer" attempt at muscle ups on saturday...oh someday ;)
