June Hours

Ricky Frausto Filed Under:
Until Joe and I get a good grasp on how June will work, the first week's hours will be as follows:

Monday - 6AM - 12PM - 3PM - 7:30PM

Tuesday - 6AM - 12PM - 3PM - 7:30PM

Wednesday - 6AM - 12PM - 3PM - 7:30PM

Thursday - 6AM - 12PM - 4:30PM - 5:30PM - 6:30PM

Friday - 6AM - 12PM - 3PM - 7:30PM

There is not much change from last week other than Thursday now being the only day with early evening classes. This Thursday schedule should remain the same for the remainder of June and July. The only foreseeable change to the schedule above, after week 1, would be the 7:30 class coming back to 7PM. I hope this works for everyone and apologize in advance for any inconvenience this causes.

  2. OK so I am doing the Zone 100% for the two weeks. I even wrote it on paper, so I apolgize in advance if I am not in the happiest of moods, I might look at you and see a big bowl of pasta hahaha.

I am going to do Sunday's work out today at home.

Thanks to everyone that came to SATC it was a good time.

    Have a great Monday!

  6. Dave-
I am so sorry to hear about your situation. That really sucks. I hope you will be ok. I know this has got to be killing you. Good luck! Hopefully everything will be alright.... as long as you don't work out too hard!

I am going to try to make it in tonight... I am still not 100% ... not even 80% really. But with a rest day maybe I won't pass out.....

  12. whoa... i'm really going to miss the 5:30 pm workouts.

dave, (re: yesterday's post) that all sounds like nothing more than elaborate hoax just to negate my recent victories, and get yourself a 6-month vacation. wouldn't it be easier just to admit that i'm the better runner?

  14. Dave, I can only imagine how frustrated you must be, but knowing you, a month after your comeback you'll be unbeatable. I hope you're healing up well in the meantime!!

I did 5 sets of 15 OH squats at 95#. They're getting better, ever so slowly.

  16. i did 10-8-6-4-2 of 95#thrusters alternating with 50-40-30-20-10 double unders...I threw the weight down on one set of thrusters but got through it...albeit slowly. Big thanx to Ricky for pushing me to do 95# when I was only going to do 85# (at the most). Next time a little bit faster. Great job to Alonso!

    Dave-that totally sucks but I'm with Paul...when you get back you'll kick our a**es!...atleast Steve's :)

Dave, you are an animal and we all can't wait until you come back. I know you will come back stronger and faster. Get well and you are in out thoughts.

  24. we did yesterday's sit-up workout-
    9:30 time, 103 situps, with 20 kg

congrats to reba on the double-unders!

  26. Did yesterday's sit-up workout.
8:34 with 193 sit-ups. Used a yoga mat as the abmat. Fell on tailbone during an interesting weekend. That made the sit-ups feel extra-special.
Dave: Due to Steve's comments, I will be forced to be even more cruel to him on Tuesday. Should be a good time.
  27. zj Says:
  28. 140 situps and used a 20kg plate for the planks.

  30. Thanks Steve - I admit, I was pretty pumped there for a bit about the double unders - granted I don't think its quite like riding a bike, but I definitely got my training wheels today :)

Today I did the same workout as Mel, minus 30lbs, so 65 for me - way to push Mel!!

Tomorrow is my rest day - so you guys have fun -

Dave - take care of your self and give yourself the time you need to heal - I am sure you are p*ssed, but the alternative is - - - well not so good - - - so hang in there and have fun being a yogi for awhile :)

Thanks For Visiting!
