Don't often post pics of Crystal and I but we celebrated our 10 year anniversary yesterday and the congratulations we got on Facebook from all of you was endearing. Thank you! It hasn't been easy and there have been some very highs and some very lows but the fight is worth it. To relationships! Friends, significant others, family, pets, etc. Worth it.

  2. Attended Pilates at 800 followed with the Pushup/shuttle WOD. Did 15 pushups for the first 5 rounds then went to 10. They got tough real quick. We ended up doing indoor shuttles instead of the sprints because of the rain. Didn't time each round, but finished in 14:??. Nice work to the small but mighty pilates class and the 8:50 class.

    Congrats to Ricky and Crystal on their 10 year anniversary!! Well said Ricky on the insight of relationships. We all have had those high and lows but that is what makes our relationships stronger. They are worth the fight!

    Just did AMRAP in 20 min:
    5 ring rows
    5 ring dips (strict)
    10 box jump-overs (24")

    12 rds...in a little more than 20 (not sure exactly).

    Felt much more like myself today.

    Today I did 1 RM back squat, 219 ( an improvement from 204) and 3x5 of Press at 79 ( up from 68). Both were done in my basement with a little encouragement from my daughter. She logged her WOD, and informed me it was important to do. "this way we know what we did to next time." Such a wise 4 year old.

    Then 10 rds:
    5 DB hang power cleans (45# DBs)
    10 pushups
    15 air squats
    13:55. Probably broke up push-ups too early and too much.
