1 Kettlebell Swing, 1.5/1 pood
1 Push up
1 Ab Mat Sit up
1 Pistol
2 Kettlebell Swings
2 Push ups
2 Ab Mat Sit ups
2 Pistols
3 Kettlebell Swings
3 Push ups
3 Ab Mat Sit ups
3 Pistols
And so on, increasing each round by one rep, until time runs out. Scale as needed.
