Reminder that tomorrow's Pilates class is at 5:30pm so make sure you sign up for 4:30 or 6:30 if you were planning on getting some open gym time. Won't hurt for some of you to drop in for Carrie's class though. May help your performance.


How about a big round of applause for Addi and Jonathon for helping out with Memorial Day Murph? We appreciate you guys very much.

  4. Started the evening with Pilates which is slowly getting better. Then did the TGU/KB swings from last Friday. Haven't done TGU's in a long time so wanted to work on them. Finished in 17:58. Took longer than I thought. TGU's were slow. Thanks for the help, Jimmy!

    Then worked on some DU's and consecutive pull-ups.

  6. I did the GWod from today. It looked a lot more fun on paper than it really was. 10-1 ring dips (used a blue band), strict pull-ups (used blue/tan) & DB iron crosses (used 15s).
