Mike Wesack, was admitted for emergency tonsillectomy Friday afternoon and is out and recovering. If you can, please send prayers his way. What a great guy and a even better friend. We know you'll be back at it in no time. Much love brother.

A couple of things. First, we're inviting everyone to the gym tomorrow morning, even if you've already done the final Open workout. We'll have some adult beverages on hand and even invite you to bring your own as we'd like you to join us in celebrating an awesome 5 weeks of competing and growing. There were many PR's and were proud they were accomplished in our very own gym. Please be there.

Second, the Sherven's, Corey and Keva, are having a housewarming party and would like you to come. They've posted the particulars up in the gym. If you have the time, let's show them a cool CFO time. They're providing the meat and a keg and only ask that you bring a side dish, a lawn chair, and maybe BYOB if you'd prefer. All are welcome.

  2. Get well soon Mike!
Glad to do 12.5 tomorrow morning.
What better way to say goodbye to the CF Open then with all the great folks at CFO!
    Can't wait!

  4. 78 reps. 11 better than last year and 7 better than Thursday. I'll take it. Thanks Hira for counting and everyone else for pushing me on. Awesome morning watching such great athletes kicking ass!

  6. 102 reps today. My goal was to get to 100 reps so I'm pleased. I broke my round of 12 thrusters into two sets, which was a mistake because I wasted time. Should've gone unbroken. C2B sucked after round of 9. I broke them into sets of 2 and 3.

  8. 54 reps. Not bad considering I have bronchitis and a sinus infection. Great atmosphere this morning!

  10. Hope you recover quickly, Mike!

96 for me today. Wanted more, but considering how crappy I felt when I woke up this morning, I'm just happy I managed to beat last year's score of 88. I felt a lot stronger than last year, but I just didn't have the breath for any more today. Still, a PR is a PR and I'm happy with that.

Thanks For Visiting!
