20 Ab-mat Sit ups
30 Double Unders

Focus on max effort jumps (both height and quickness) that allow a controlled, SOFT landing. Stick the landing and alternate directions for every jump.

  2. Fun one, but harder than it looked. 7.5 rds on the dot (10 situps into the 8th rd). jumps got tough. DUs were the rest, thanks to the new ropes. I'm gonna get lazy doing DUs with such a light rope.

    Nice work 8:50!

    Went to UNO afterward and did some DL and Press, sets of 3. Tried to lift heavy enough to get stronger, but light enough so I can recover by Monday.
