AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
180 degree Rotational Jumps, 10 reps
20 Ab-mat Sit ups
30 Double Unders
Focus on max effort jumps (both height and quickness) that allow a controlled, SOFT landing. Stick the landing and alternate directions for every jump.

Went to UNO afterward and did some DL and Press, sets of 3. Tried to lift heavy enough to get stronger, but light enough so I can recover by Monday.
