  2. Frickin' DNF. Was one round shy when time was called. Stayed pretty constant on time on my rounds. With a faster run I probably would have made it. Next time...

  4. DNF, clearly chose the wrong rep scheme...or just didn't go hard enough. The day long father's day feast of breakfast at Farmhouse (with giant pecan roll), lunch at home with homemade Oreo ice cream, and dinner at Azteca with chips, cheese dip and Tecate probably didn't help. Rough start to the week, but tomorrow's a new day.

  6. Good work monsters of the morning.I dnf (15) rounds with one round left if I had another 90 seconds would have finished Rx. But still happy doing all them pull ups a hell of a way to start the week. Good job everyone..
All you who doing this later today shave them their callus or pay the price.

  10. 21:45 Rx'd

9:04 after first 8 rounds, 11:15 after the run.

Swings were the only unbroken part for all 16 rounds; I messed up on DU's in the second set of 8 rounds a few times and broke pullups up eventually to 3/2 but tried not to rest.

Dammit Addi, I wanted to beat you!!!

  16. 23:50 doing option B with 2 pull-ups each round instead of 5. I was having an internal talk with myself on not stopping and not ripping my hands. It seemed to work. :)

    Great job 6am peeps

This. felt. terrible. I don't know if it was the pushups from Friday, or the tequila- and dark chocolate-related indiscretions from Saturday (probably both - definitely my last little spree before the Games), but my arms were dead to the world. Even the swings felt hard. This should have been my workout - disappointed with my time, but happy with how hard I pushed. Thanks for the healthy(?) competition, Shelley!

Good times at noon as always. Everything was going great until I tore my hand in the 2nd to last round. Unbroken PUs and KB swings until the tear and only messed up on DUs once. The run was slooooow. I ran in to the wrong door on the way back in from the run. should probably add 5 seconds to my time.

Sounds like everyone else had the same nutritional transgressions this weekend as I did: pizza, beer, nachos, ice cream. And I paid for it today. Ugh. Didn't break anything up, but stood around a lot. And then stood around some more. Then stared at the floor. Then stared at the pullup bar. You get the idea.

    option C I think 4 rds, run 4 rds
double unders were every other jump so basically 30 jumps instead of 15 to get 15 real DUs to count as reps took forever!

    and i have blisters!

  40. To some extent, tibetan silver beads also convey a traditional cultural tint of Tibet. That is why the Tibetan jewelries look more mysterious and exotic.
