  6. 13:44, I was a scaling machine this morning unfortunately. OHS didn't feel too good so I used 88#. DU's continue to be my nemesis, did 40-20-10. 21-15-9 on PU's, probably could have handled not scaling these though. Whoops.

    Good work and a decent size group at 6 AM!

    HSPU "practice" would have been more convincing if I had managed to perform an actual handstand pushup. (Got a few kipping, but just barely.) Arms are SORE.

    Fun morning, though, if not entirely successful for me.

  14. First attempted workout in hyper with new no chalk and no grunting or yelling rules... Bullshit... Too bad :)

    Split Jerk - 2RM - My 1RM right now is 276 so not sure what to expect
    Took a ton of sets but hit 256..

    Back Squat (No Box) - 5RM... Let a little there so I can add 5-10 lbs on next week and so on...
    266 for 5

    HSPU 2X2 reps short of max out...
    1st - 8 and 2nd - 7 :(

    Metcon Work... Push Ups Needed some work along with high volume swings... Pull ups in hyper suck with the damn rubber gripping everywhere...

    10 RDS - 11:45... Push Ups are still a mortal enemy of mine but we are negotiating a truce slowly..
