  2. First time doing this in a LONG time, about two years I believe. Pre-surgery at UNO my max was like 372 this morning. Almost got 404, but didn't quite get it up. A little disappointed in myself.

    10# off my old PR but i'm ok with that considering it's been at least 3 months since i've even gone considerably heavy on a back squat.

    A lot of hard work @ 6am this morning! You'll get over 4 bills easy next time Moss!!!

    Hang Power Snatch - 5RM... Never done it so didnt know what to expect... No dropping permitted
    88, 110, 135, 155... Maybe try 165 next week

    Back Box Squat - 2RM - 316 last week... Didnt want to get greedy so hit 321 for 2

    Reverse Hyper 3X15
    Cable Standing Row 3X10 (2 Cables)

    Quick Metcon... Havent done a high volume of wall ball in a workout for a long time so....
    100 Wall Ball (4 Time)
    - 3:15 (Unbroken)

    Might try the CFO WOD from yesterday tonight...

    Did box jumps yesterday so made the switch to swings and lighted the weight a little to keep the speed consistent box jumps

    3 Sumo DL High Pulls (110#)
    6 Hand Release Push Ups
    9 KB Swings (59#) - Our KBs are way awkward to swing... Slowed me down a little
    3 Mins On/ 1 Min Rest - 3 Cycles
    Cycle 1 - 5 1/3 RDS + 1 Push Up
    Cycle 2 - 4 1/3 + 1 Push Up
    Cycle 3 - Just 3 RDS (Making a concentrated effort to not let my back turn to shit when I'm tired so I slowed down on this last one)

    After the week of sloth and poor nutrition I just had, I'm happy with that (and glad it wasn't a light metcon day. I might have died.). 220# felt pretty good, but I just got stuck on the way up with 230#. I know I have it in the tank - just wasn't going to happen this time.
