  4. 8:56 at 77#. I ended up re-doing a couple snatches that I didn't get low enough on and in my second round, I did most of the snatches in two movements (catching overhead and then squatting).

    It was great to be back at 6:00 a.m.!!

    Gez, way to much crappy food this weekend, this should have been about a full minute faster. Broke up box jumps WAY to much...

    Did this with the 5 am crew in 9:38 with 53# for the snatch.
    Surprisingly harder on the legs than anticipated.

    Back Squat - Unloading a little (18")
    3X10 - 135, 185, 225

    Worked on holding an 11/1 o clock position while performing a ring dip... Then messed around with doing it after a strict muscle up

    Will Probably try another workout in an hour...

  18. 10:25 (I think) with 110. Felt so sluggish doing snatches this morning it was ridiculous! Definitely broke the diet this weekend...blaming it on that!
