    I wasn't getting enough of a hip drive on my last 2 sets to quite get it locked out right away and had to press it up. Guess I have something else to work on now!

    BIG shout out to Great Mo for the great advice the morning! Had trouble getting the full extension and wasn't getting under the bar as well as I could through first couple sets and didn't put it all together til the last set.

    My elk came home to the freezer last night....had to totally rearrange the freezer to accomodate 450lb of fresh, lean, paleo friendly elk meet. Still 100lbs of deer from last year!

    I see a Paleo big game feed in our near future!

  10. I did some push jerks at home--3x5 at 155 (since i don't have bumpers I didn't want to do anything too heavy...of course, 155 felt pretty heavy anyway).

    Got one rep at 136, couldn't lock out my elbows on the 2nd rep. Super bummed about it. When I checked my black binder I saw that my 1rm from nov of last year was 145...need to get stronger!
