  4. Wow... Made up a hellish rope climb variation to work on grip endurance

    2 12" Rope Climbs... However.. The set starts with your feet locked around the rope and a finger touch to the ground... Coming down for the second finger touch blows cause if your feet touch the ground the whole set is nullified...

    4 Ring Dips (Must Muscle Up into Position)

    8 Slow and Controlled K2E
    ** Not Timed... Just worked my way through...
