    I made up the OHS from last week (finally). Worked up to 135. About what I expected. I figured out that a big part of my problem has been using too wide a grip--it kills my wrists. I moved both hands in about 2" and it felt much better--and to my surprise, I was still able to keep the weight balanced over the middle of my foot until it got heavy.
