CrossFit Omaha Weightlifting/Met-con Meet
Weigh-ins are from 8:30 to 9AM. We will then have a rules clinic at 9AM. Lifting starts at 10AM.
Clothing: Tights (or gym shorts) and short-sleeved shirt for ladies. Guys can wear gym shorts and a short-sleeved shirt. All shirts need to be tucked in when lifting. Belts, tape, and wrists wraps are allowed. Weightlifting shoes are required (we'll provide if you don't have any). Knee high socks and/or singlets are optional.
