I mentioned on our Facebook page that we will be doing our annual ultimate med ball competition on Saturday, October 9th. This is the one event that you don't want to miss. It is one of the best shindigs that this gym partakes in as a community. So much fun.

Jen S., Brian, John and myself made up a team. We divided the work by rowing in 500 meter increments and doing burpees in sets of 5. The person coming off the rower had a little extra rest as they got a 20 burpee rest before joining back in the mix.
We stopped doing burpees at the 600 mark (per Joe's advice) and had about 2200 meters left to row. We finished in 43:40 and had a 33:40 time after subtracting burpees.
Great job everyone!! This was tough!
I'm not sure how my dodgeball skills will be after this, but I'm guessing many will be feeling the effects of this WOD.
