tough! 14:10. i guess i rested more than i thought, because I didn't break up swings, and broke up burpees into 2 sets (11, 10 or 12, 9). I also did burpees the new way. Figure I might as well get good at it now.

Snatch and Clean and Jerk... Timed Max Out.. Low Volume
15 min clock Snatch Max - 110, 154, 185, 198, 209, 214 (Missed Twice) 5 Min Rest 15 Min Clock Clean and Jerk Max - 154, 198, 220, 242, 252- Got the Clean but surprisingly missed the Jerk... It's the first jerk I've missed after a clean in months... Hum..
Clean Pull + Clean DL 272, 282, 292, 302
100m Row Sprints (Tried to break 17 secs each RD) New RDS Starts Every Min for 7 Mins ** Broke 17 4X and hit 17.2 once and 17.1 Twice

choose opt #2 - didn't think i would finish #1. used 1 pood, finished in 10:31. Felt afterwards like I could have done #1. Still got a great workout, i liked this one!

14:25 rx'd. Dammit!!! I was gunning for Audi's time. Next time Audi, better watch your back. This wod definitely hurt a lot more than what I was expecting. Huge 5:30 class tonight, nice job everyone.
