Tabata Box Jumps, 20 inch box
Push ups are hands off the floor at the bottom unless you are unable perform correct push ups keeping the hands on the floor.
Tabata is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 sets.
Score is total reps from push ups and box jumps subtracted from row and run times converted to seconds.

Yes Paul, Audi, my job has made it very difficult for me to continue to be a part of the morning monsters, which sucks. And then to make it worse I have to listen to Jess go on about "Paul said this" and "Paul did that." Stupid job.
just kidding. and in fact, i am probably going to have to stop going to 6am for a week or 2 because i have been dragging ass lately like nobody's business.
