Be on the lookout for emails being sent out for the golf outing. There will be 10 foursomes available. You don't have to have your team in place to register but the team does have to be from the gym. The outing is Sunday, August 1st starting at 3PM and followed by a get together for the whole gym at Shoreline golf course.

Saturday's competition WODs will be released Wednesday afternoon here on this blog. Those of you competing will have a great time. There is still time available for those that may be interested. No pressure but at the same time, aren't all our workouts pressure? It's about community. Hope you'll be there.

2 rounds, had 1 minute left when I took off for the 400m run on the 3 round.
