  2. I just did the bear complex, and got up to 135. I forgot how much that sucks! Should've tried for 145.

Caught this video 2day and just thought it was impressive enough to share...This is Kendrick Farris of the Olympic US weightlifting team doing a legit depth high bar back squat of 255kg (561 lbs!)for a triple. He is 5'7" and lifts in the 85kg (187 lbs) weight class...WOW LOOK AT ALL THOSE REDS!...I wanna be like him when i grow up!

  6. Practiced pullups and then did some running. I basically did 6 rds of 10 pullups and then 400m run. I hate them both, but I will plan on doing them about every thurs since they are such a weakness. I played around with the pose running....probably a good thing it was dark out and with no one else around because I probably looked like a idiot.
