For the hang power cleans, the db must pass below the knee prior to the completion of each rep and there is no need for a squat.

    I liked this one. Should have used 35# but needed to work on technique for DBHPC's so went down. Should have gotten more.

    Nice job 9:00 am'ers! Lots of hard work and sweat this morning.

    Worked on Handstand pushup's, Finally NO KIP! Yay! Did approx 25 reps and able to string 2 together. Need to get stronger in midsection and work on keeping tight.

    40/36 on box jumps
    26/25 cals on rower
    11/11 cleans

    Kept DB's in front of me instead of on side which made it easier to do correctly or at least more correctly.

    I still need to work on box jumps so I don't land on my heels on the ground and/or take an extra hop before jumping on box. First round felt better on form than second round as I caught myself with an extra hop many times in the second round.

    Good metcon and great job by everyone!

    Did 1x5 on DL at 252# afterwards.
