  2. Aww sad! I don't want to miss this workout!! I told Tessa yesterday, the worst part about taking my test today is that I'm gonna miss crossfit...bummer!! See you all on Monday :)

  4. Awesome stuff today, and VERY helpful coaching on the snatch! Still, had trouble with it and only got up to 110.

    then did: AMRAP in 20 min of
    3 DL (315)
    6 HSPU negatives
    9 GH situps

    7 rds.
