Rest Day Back Squat 3x5 (add 5 pounds to last Thursday's workout)

Post workout to comments/LogWod.

While we are on kids, look at this little bugger. He's excited about something.

While we are on the subject, if you happen to catch a pic of your little one taking part in his/her version of CrossFit, send it our way and we'll put it up on the blog.

We have a number of things taking place this evening. First, we have the Stink and Drink taking place at the Papio Bowl (google). You must come. These are a lot of fun and you are guaranteed to meet some really good people from many of the different classes.

It takes place at 5PM, rain or shine. For the sand volleyball action, hopefully it doesn't rain, the first games take place at 5:30 on the dot. The cost of this little shindig is 5 buckaroos. All proceeds go to the send our athletes to California fund.

Second, at 7:30PM, one of the meetings for the next Paleo challenge takes place in the gym. This meeting or the one on Saturday is mandatory for taking part in the challenge, but not both.

Be ready to have your picture taken as well as learn everything you need to know about how to begin the challenge and hopefully maintain it for all 7 weeks. The cost is $25. Please bring this with you tonight as well. Thanks.

  4. Tomorrow evening is the Paleo meeting? Did you mean tomorrow as in you were writing on Wednesday, thus making tomorrow today? Ok, I'll make sense now...

Paleo meeting Thursday the 27th or Friday the 28th?

Felt pretty decent - just the right amount of heavy. Since my shoulders have been behaving themselves, I've started enjoying back squats a lot more.

Thanks For Visiting!
