  6. Paul did sum it up perfectly-could not have said it better myself.

Congrats, Stacie. I am so proud of you and happy for you. (Paleo weekends and all. HA!!!!!! We'll have to have another conversation about that, Miss Stacie girl)

    Congrats to the Team.

Well, now on to my little Crossfit world. You can stop reading now if you don't like the ongoing thoughts.

13:53. Scaled to 63# - making sure I go low enough and spread knees enough on OH.

I was slower than I wanted to be but it had been almost 2 weeks since doing Crossfit and I was reveling in how good it felt. Sometimes I get caught up in my lovely emotions that I forget I gotta push it! HA! I realize how much I need this place - I knew it anyway, but taking a little break just really solidifies it.

I'm back after about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks off from coming here. Job-hunting and soul searching takes a lot out of me. Plus, cheering for the regional peeps feels like a wod! HA!!!! The gift of athleticism at such a high level that they have is so cool to me.

I felt like the prodigal daughter this morning. Thanks for making me feel so welcome again, everyone at 5 am! It feels really good to be back.

I start my new job today and with that comes back my disciplined schedule. It was a much needed break that I just had. I did almost everything I had wanted to do but never could because of working all the time.

    Here's to a new life!

Christy - I'm proud of you coming by yourself today. See you everyday this week!

Sandy - great to meet you!

Jerry-Jeremy dude, you look awesome! You have shed some serious poundage and look stunning. I'm proud of you for doing the Paleo challenge. I haven't seen everyone else in the challenge, but Ricky's head will turn when he sees your pictures.

Rich - bum leg and all! Glad you're back. We'll keep walking behind that short bus everyday!!!!! Someday, they'll let us back on, right?

Vicky - I am always happy to see you - you're kind of my adopted Crossfit mom, you know!

Kevin - I hope that's the right name. I don't know you that well, but I'm glad you're Crossfitting.

Have a terrific day. Safe travels back, all of you coming back from Denver! I can't wait to hug every single one of you - or at least shake your hand, if that's more your style! HA!!!!!!

  8. Great job to all those who represented CFO last weekend! What a great experience!

Good luck to Stacie and the CFO team at the next level!

  10. Congrats Stacie and the CFO Team!!!! Everyone did awesome! You all are incredible inspirations for me!

So I did this workout at home today, scaled the OHS to 60 lbs and finished in around 14 minutes, no stopwatch so that's a guess. Started the OHS with 65 but had to drop down after the first round...that was a tough one!!

I managed to do all 3 rounds of OHS unbroken which led to quite a few trip ups on the DUs.

This workout would have been so much harder with rowing...I am even more amazed with how everyone did this weekend at Regionals. Congrats to all that competed.

Thanks For Visiting!
