    worked on HSPUs, RING DIPS, ROPE CLIMBS, & STRICT PULL UPS
    I'm getting very excited for CO, just need to keep working and get stronger!

    got 4 rds of cindy. Started HSPU to kipping with 1 abmat, but after 5 of those, i had to do negatives.

    my shoulders are destroyed, not just from today.

  6. Came in to make up CFFB wod of 5x3 cleans and 3x15 push press.

    Worked up to 131# on cleans then went back to 77# to work on technique of shrugging more and making contact higher than just a couple inches above my knee; this helped a lot and will hopefully carry over into heavier cleans so I'm not just "muscling it up".

    Did 3x15 push press at 77# w/ 30 seconds rest in between sets. I was able to do all reps without resting the bar though the last 5 of the 3rd round were tough.

    Didn't do 300 yard shuttle.

    Great job to all! Way to go Laura on rope climbs!!
