  8. I'll be in today to make up some 1 Rep Max lifts that I have missed recently. I'm thinking back squat and pull-ups, mabye cleans too if I have time / strength.

  10. made up 1 rm back squat. 143#. not a pr. previously 146 and was hoping to pr today but it didn't happen. legs are sore from yesterday's wod. felt heavy today, and i just couldn't get into good form, one squat was good, the next felt funny, shoulders were painful re-racking bar... attempted 153x2 but unable to stand up from bottom of squat! errrrrr!!! I just felt off today! not metcon for me... muscles need a rest! NICE SQUATIN WITH YA 4:30!

  12. Made up 1 RM back squat; jumped from 163 to 187 which is 10# less than my previous max and failed 3x ... suck. Was planning to do push press too but wasn't feeling too motivated after my lame back squats so will do that later. Great job 5:30 ... congrats on your PR Addi!!

  14. Made up back squats today and PR'ed by 15#!!! Got 178! I tried for 183 but dumped it at the bottom of the squat. I'm still really excited about my 15#PR so I'm not too upset about missing 183 right now.

  16. no PR on squat: got 308, failed on 330 and 340 (don't know why--got out of the bottom and they felt good up until that point).

    cindabel with 95# power snatches: about 24 min. brutal.

  24. Made up back squat 1RM - 218# = 10# PR! Pretty excited about that, but of course I always feel like I should have gotten more.

    Skipped out on making up push press, since back squats always stress my shoulder.

    Big congrats to Irv on his 80+# PR!!! Nice work!
