Here is a map to UNO's campus for those that have never been there. I suggest that you all park in Elmwood park as there is a lot of construction on campus.

We have in upwards of 30 to 40 people participating, so it should be an awesome and fun time. Come prepared to sweat your asses off.

Games will start approximately at 9:15AM, so if you can be there prior to that, all rules and team choosing can occur.

  14. Ultimate med ball was fun, I am glad I ended up playing, but I never want to do that many burpees again.

121# push jerk and 10:55 for the metcon. I hit the 10ft. target, so I only did 50 wall balls

  18. 171# on push jerks and more burpees than I want to admit to. Ultimate Med ball was a blast though. Our team at least came away with a moral victory as we didn't get shut out in any of the games (even if we lost). Great job to everyone and thanks Ricky and ZachR for organizing it.

  20. I had so much fun today. Our team probably did about 200 burpees and that wasn't even the hard part. I felt like I was going to throw up during play.

I really hate losing. As a matter of fact, I will teach Damian that winning is everything but you just won't win all of them. I may have even been offensive to my teammates because I hate losing so much. But I had an absolutely great time playing and I, too, am glad that you played Gina. You rocked the house.

Some of us are going to BChrist's house tonight for the game if anyone is interested.

Awesome stuff everyone. And dam* that team loco, they were good.

  22. Team Loco rocked my socks! Great job at the tournament today, guys! It was a blast...as expected. Thanks, ZachR, for putting it on and making me go.

  24. Had way too much fun at ultimate medball. Great job, Team Burpees. I only wish we had started cheating sooner - I like your style, Circo, Rob, Stacie, Greg, and the rest of you crazy fools.

As for Team Loco, you may have technically won today, but all our burpee practice is going to pay off in the long run. Watch your backs.

  26. Sounds like you guys had an awesome time with medball!! Upset I had to miss it. Had to go to work early. The girl who was going to cover my call got sick. Next year for sure!!

102# on the push jerks...Stupid F-in elbows won't stay up when the weight gets heavy! Metcon sucked!! I was hackin for 4 hrs! I couldn't imagine doing all those burpees after the metcon...you guys rock!
  27. BC Says:
  28. Man, I hate that I had to miss med ball. Last year was a blast and this year sounds like it may have been even better.

Got up to 142# on the push jerks. Had to skip the metcon so I could get the double mint twins to gymnastics, hence my missing med ball.

Yep, wings and football at the Foster-sen house tonight. It's a family friendly event, no crazy shenanigans. And if/when the score gets crazy out of control we'll be switching over to the Fedor Emel...Fedor Emil...Fedor the Russian guy fight.

  30. To: my family at CFO,

I can't say enough about how much I love the community at CrossFit Omaha, these kinds of events really bring people together, even when we are competing against one another. Even when we are outside the gym people bring 100% and I am really not surprised.

If there is any other place (gym) in the state that can say they have as much fun or even half the fun we have together, than I would really like to know. We have hands down the best people, and their families and friends who come out and support EVERYONE! I could keep going and going and going but you get the picture. CFO keeps getting bigger and keeps getting better.

Thanks for putting this great FAMILY outing together Zachr.

To Team Burpee: We lost on the scoreboard today but each and everyone of you won a piece of my heart, because I would not want to do as many burpees as I did today with anyone else.

Thanks For Visiting!
